We have allocated a Named Accountable GP for all of our registered patients.
Whilst we do not operate a system of only seeing your named GP, if you wish for your named GP to be changed, reasonable efforts will be made by the practice to accommodate this request.
If you do not know who your named GP is, please ask a member of our practice staff/ health navigators who will be able to inform you.
