Our phone lines are open from 8am- 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
They are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Accessibility and facilities
The Practice offers disabled parking at the front of the building for blue badge holders. The ground floor is level with no need for ramps. There is also a lift to the first floor.
There is a visual and audible screen that displays when the clinician is calling you in and all rooms are clearly labelled including braille.

Loop system
We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired.
Languages & Translation
We offer a service called ‘language line’ if an Interpreter is required.
Guide dogs
Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.
