Throughout January and February the practice participated in the National Patient Survey.
This was a chance for you, the patient, to have your say about the level of service you received from the practice and the clinicians..... and a chance for us to review your feedback and plan for making further improvements in the practice
And these were the results......

...that overall the practice had improved from previous years
...that overall you were more satisfied by the level of care given to you by the practitioners in the surgery
...that although you noticed improvements over the last year, you still express concerns that the telephone and appointment system are not working well
YOUR SUGGESTIONS.....
- You found the automated telephone booking system difficult to use and wanted it to be made clearer
- You wanted better signposting to information to help educate yourself about your own healthcare
- You wanted more comfortable conditions in the waiting room
- You wanted additional treatment rooms so that the Health Care Assistants did not have to share
- You suggested making it possible to order repeat prescriptions online rather than just by phone or by coming into the practice
- You suggested the surgery should open at different times to make it easier to get an appointment if you work
