Complaints and Compliments
We always aim to offer the best service that we can and are eager to hear your views on the service that you receive. If you would like to raise any issues please fill out the feedback box below which will be reviewed by the Management Team.
Our practice complaints procedure aims to investigate any concerns that you may have and to provide you with an explanation that you will be satisfied with. We hope you will use it to allow us to look into, and, if necessary, put right any problems you have identified or mistakes that have been made. You may speak to a member of our management team in person or alternatively, you can address any written concerns to our Practice Manager, giving as much detail as possible.
Of course, we always value positive feedback too!
