We welcome new patients to register with us. We have over 12,500 patients now registered at the practice. Patients registered with the practice must normally live within the practice boundary. This limitation is set to ensure that the practice can provide fast and appropriate emergency care to a patient who falls ill suddenly. If you have any queries regarding whether or not you are living within the practice boundary, please do not hesitate to contact the practice.

You can register by coming up to the practice and completing a short registration form. It would be helpful for you to bring as much information as possible, including details of your last surgery (name, address and previous doctor) and your NHS number (if you have one). This will help speed up the application process and help with retrieval of your medical records.
The practice is fully accessible and equipped for disabled persons. We have a lift and power-assisted doors. There is also a loop system for patients with hearing difficulties. All members of staff will assist to your needs where possible.
